This to give you notice that the above-named Appe;;ant having applied for leave to appeal against his conviction and the sentence passed upon him for the offence of obtaining money by false pretences at Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions and the said application having, on 26th October 1910 been refused by a Judge of the Court of Criminal Appeal, and Notification of the refusal having been given to the Appellant on 26th October 1910 enclosing form XIV of the Forms under this Act, and the said form XIV not having been returned to me duly filled up by the Appellant, the refusal of his application is final by virtue of Rule 25(b) of the Criminal Rules, 1908.
