All that piece or parcel of land situated in the parish and borough of Dunstable, Bedfordshire and on the north west side of Garden Road, leading from High Street South to Bull Pond Lane, which said piece of land formed Lots 6 - 20 inclusive in the printed particulars and plan of the building estate the property of (1) offered for sale by auction by Mr Richard J Colliers on 28 August 1889.
All that piece or parcel of land situated in the parish and borough of Dunstable, Bedfordshire and on the north west side of Garden Road, leading from High Street South to Bull Pond Lane, which said piece of land formed Lots 30 - 45 inclusive in the aforesaid sale particulars.
