    Property equals two cottages and adjoining land in Avenue Lane, Wilden, containing all approximately 2 acres as conveyed 24 July 1907 by C H Polhill to provide income for the repair and upkeep of the parish church of All Saints, Renhold. File Includes: - Covering letter with plans by H J Purser of 82/84 Renhold Road, Wilden. Drawing B/170/3 scale 1:50 shows plan with agreement of Reginald Edward Duncome to the transfer of portion of scullery (outlined in red) from number 84 to be incorporated into number 82. Drawing B/170/2 Proposed improvements and alterations - plan as proposed shows location plan (1:2500), block plan (1:500) and ground floor plan; details given of walls, drains, drainage and water heater.
