    Mr Anthony Polhill's solicitor gives notice that Mr Polhill will claim the reversion. Letters re. possible letting of the school room to a scout group, repair of the school house and ultimate sale, Letters from Bedfordshire County Council with regard to possible sale of old school site to council who would then convey the new school site to the trustees with covering letter from the legal advisor to the Diocese saying that it must be left to the trustees, the county council and Mr Polhill to resolve but setting out the legal position and a suggested way forward. . Question as to the letting of the school house as distinct from the school, The old school was still being used for school purposes on the 18 May 1977 but this was expected to cease in the near future.
