Appeal on the rates; to be heard at General Quarter Sessions on 5th January 1910 addressed to Charles Ernest Craddock re the appeal between Frank Dobson(appellant) and the Assessment Committee of the Bedford Union and the Overseers of the Parish of St Paul (respondents) on the part of the appellant and also to bring with you and produceat the time and place aforsid the valuation list and Rate Book for the said parish of St Paul. And this you and every of you are in nowise to omit under the Penalty of One Hundred Pounds for you and every of you. Witness the Right Honourable Beauchamp Moubray Lord St John of Bletsoe at Bedford aforesaid 1st January 1910 ,signed Marks Clerk of the Peace.
