    Message for the Prime Minister advises the population on actions that should be taken in event of an invasion. Non-combatants should 'STAND FIRM', only when instructed by the authorities should they seek refuge elsewhere, until then they should remain in their community. Non-combatants should leave immediately when advised to do so, otherwise it may be too late to leave. Home Guard supported by moblie columns would work together to remove enemy threat. Questions and answers are also included within the article advising on the correct measures that should be taken in the event of an invasion.
