- Scope and ContentConveyance: 1) Lorenzo Posgate of 34 Silversea Drive, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, gentleman 2) Charles Edward Goodrick of Hill-Top, Chiltern Road, Dunstable, cabinet maker 1 to 2) Consideration £315 All that piece or parcel of land situate in the borough of Dunstable (formerly in the parish of Houghton Regis) in the County of Bedford on the south east side of and adjoining Chiltern Road and having a frontage thereto of eighteen feet or thereabouts which said piece or parcel of land forms part of a larger piece of land which was conveyed to (1) by a conveyance dated the first day of March 1902 and made between Arthur King of the one part and (1) of the other part and is more particularly delineated and described in the plan drawn on a mortgage dated 23rd day of March 1915 and made between (10) of the one part and Cyril Edgar Pacey of the other part and thereon coloured pink. Together with the messuage or tenement erected on the said piece or parcel of land, or on some part thereof and known as 'Hill-Top' and now in the occupation of (2). Together also with full right and liberty for (2) and his successors in title and assigns and all other periosn authorised by him to pass and repass over and along the passage way of the width of two feet four inches coloured green on the said plan at all times and for all purposes.
