- Scope and ContentMortgage: Mr Lorenzo Posgate to Mr Cyril E Pacey of a messuage and premises in Chiltern Road, Dunstable known as "Hill Top" to secure £200 and interest at £4 10/- per cent per annum 1) Lorenzo Posgate formerly of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, but now of 467 Leigh Road, East Southend-On-Sea, Essex, retired lime works manager. 2) Cyril Edgar Pacey of Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire, ironmonger 1 to 2) Consideration £200 All that piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Houghton Regis in the borough of Dunstable, in the county of Bedford, on the south east side of and adjoining Chiltern Road and having a frontage thereto of 18 feet or thereabouts, which said piece or parcel of land forms part of a larger piece or parcel of land which was conveyed to 1) in 1902 (see Z1362/6/5/2) Together with the messuage or tenement erected by 1) on the said piece or parcel of land or some part thereof and known as "Hill Top". Together also with full right and liberty for 2) and his heirs and assigns and all other persons authorised by him to pass and repass over and along the passage way of the width of two feet and four inches coloured green [now shows as pale pink] on the said plan at all times and for all purposes. To hold the same unto and to the use of 2) in fee simple subject nevertheless to the proviso for redemption hereinafter contained. Plan on front page of deed, with neighbouring property owners named.
