on 24th June 1903 he did affix notices (a copy from the meeting on 23rd June marked D (QSR1903/4/10/1/d)) to the door of the Parish Church in Cople also to the doors of the school and the reading room in the said Parish and such notices were duly maintained for the space of two months from 24th June 1903. Sworn at Bedford 2nd October 1903 signed Albert Ernest Adams, Witness Lawrence R C Higgins, G C G Lockhart, Justices of the Peace.
