    Conveyance: 1) Miss Charlotte Field of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, spinster 2) Albert Gutteridge of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, solicitor 1 to 2) Consideration £45 First all that cottage or tenement situate in the lane or passage leading down from Chapel Lane to St Mary's Street in the parish of Dunstable aforesaid and formerly in the occupation of Joseph Placeham and now of ... Astling and which said cottage is bounded on or towards the north by the said lane or passage, on or towards the south by property now or late of the Trustees of Mrs Harriet Oliver, on or towards the east by property now or late of John Simmons and on or towards the west by the hereditaments next hereinafter described which said first described heres are the same as are comprised in and were conveyed by an indenture dated the 25th day of July 1878 made between Thomas Jefferd of the one part and William Rodwell of the other part. Secondly all those two cottages or tenements situate in Chapel Lane, otherwise Butts Lane, and sometimes called Hollowick Lane in the parish of Dunstable aforesaid formerly in the respective occupations of Sanders and Lack and now of Lack and Kilby which said premises are bound on or towards the east by the property first herein before described, on or towards the south east by property now or late of the Trustees of Mrs H Oliver, on or towards the south west by property now or late of John Langridge and on or towards the north west by Chapel Lane aforesaid which said heres secondly described are the same as are comprosed in and were conveyed by an indenture dated 25th day of March 1890 made betwen Hattil Edward Foll of the one part and William Rodwell of the other part.
