- Scope and Content1) That on 23rd June 1903 he attended a meeting of the Cople Parish Council where consent was given to the proposal of Thomas Barnard to divert and turn a certain road to Wood End in the said Parish and that the copy minutes of such meeting herewith annexed and amrked C was duly signed by the Chairman. 2) That on 25th August 1903 he attended another meeting of the Cople Parish Council where the consent given at the meeting held in June was confimed and the minutes marked E was duly signed by the Chairman. 3) that on 22nd August he did see Thomas Barnard sign the consent marked with the letter H (QSR1903/4/10/1/g) and that the words 'Thos Barnard' are in his own hand.
