All that piece or parcel of freehold ground formerly part of a field called fifteen acres Great Englands situate on the East side of High Street, Dunstable aforseaid ... in front 40 feet and in depth 100 feet and all those three messuages cottages or tenets therein Nos 78,79 & 80 in High Street aforesaid and now in the respective occupations of David Barker and others. And secondly all that close called Half Moon Close opposite the Half Moon Public House in Caddington in the county of Hertford adjoining the road leading from Dunstable to Markyate Street and containing 1a 1r 10p now in the recupation of the said mortgagor. And all those three cottages abutting on the road leading to Zouches Farm at a place where formerly there was a pond called Spittle Pond situate north of the said Half Moon Close and now late in the occupations of Ann Twidell, Joseph Wright, Mary Holdham and all that cottage or tenement with the wheelwrights shop therto adjoining with entrance from Watling Street now in the occupation of James Creak. And all those three newly erected cottages or tenements situate at the corner of Watling Street and the road leading to Zouches Farm one in the occupation of Parrott and the other ocupied buildings, yards, gardens, fences, fixtures, easements, rights, members and appertenances whatsoever thereto belonging.
