Note marked D; At a meeting of the Parish Council of Cople on 23rd June 1903 at the Board School Cople. It was unanimously reslved; That the Parish Council at this meeting assembled and gave their consent to the proposal of Thomas Barnard to stop up, divert & turn a certain public road in the Parish of Cople leading to Wood End and to the wish ofThomas Barnard to substitute a new road therefor shown on the plans received from Bedford Rural District Council.
