- Scope and ContentThis deposition refers to the stopping up and diversion of the footpath known as Bury Footpath as viewed by the said Justices 9th February last. That the measurements, where the new path crosses land owned by Messrs Harry Arnold and James Squires have been agreed and consent given in writing. He mentions a plan (have a letter) marked 'A2' as QSR1905/2/10/1/f and 'A1' as QSR1905/2/10/1/e) , a certified copy of the minutes marked 'B' QSR1905/2/10/1/b and a printed notice marked 'C' QSR1905/2/10/1/d, copies of which are to be published in the local newspaper and affixed to the door at Biscot Parish Church and the door of Christ Church.Taken and sworn by us at the Court House Luton 6th March 1905, William Richards Philips and Robert Smith Tomson
