To Mary Sanders daughter of William Sanders £5. To James Sanders son of William Sanders £5. To be paid one year after testator's decease. To Rachel Turpin kinswoman daughter of Andrew Turpin of Eaton Bray £10 to be paid to James Grant of Dunstable, carrier, and Edward Snoxell of Dunstable, schoolmaster in trustuntil Rachel Turpin arrives to the age of 15 years. All household goods, linen and wearing apparel to Elizabeth Stevens kinswoman wife of William Stevens of Dunstable, labourer, except best suit which gives to Mary Sanders. To the son of Thomas Birchmore of Mill fields, Caddington one guinea and to the son of Robert Birchmore of Hill Farm, Caddington, yeoman one guinea to be paid one year after testator's death. To John Farnish of the Cloth Fair, London one shilling. To brother Benjamin Hogan and to the heir of Sarah Derby one shilling each. To John Morcha son of John Morcha of Markyate Street one guinea. To Thomas Brugis of Dunstable son of Elizabeth Stevens two guineas to be paid one year after testator's death. Detail as to funeral expenses. Residue to cousin William Sanders the elder who is also named as executor. Witnesses: Tho Foulkes, Mary Foulkes, Ann Willson. Codicil Changes bequest to sister Rachel to £5, £1 and household linen and wearing apparel to William Sanders the elder.
