- all that piece of parcel of ground situate on the north side of Church Street, Dunsablet containing front next the said street 192 feet or thereabouts and in depth at the west end thereof 10 feet and at the east end thereof 22 feet. - all that other piece of land also situate on the north side of Church Street having a frontage of 148 feet and a depth on the west end of 22 feet and at the east end 37 feet.
