We the undersigned two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of and for the Borough of Luton in the County of Bedford do herby certify that we have viewed and surveyed a certain new highway wthin the Borough of Luton., etc................ And we do hereby further certify that the said new highway and footpath have been set out and approved as ordered and is now completee and put into good condition and repair.
