All of which land is delineated on a plan annexed to the conveyance made 17th August 1967. Reciting: The Society (7) has agreed to advance to the Borrower (1-6), the sum of £11,000. The Borrower (1-6) covenants with the Society (7) to pay the sum of £11,000 with interest by monthly installments of £97 4s This mortgage being secured on the property. Witnesses: K. Worthington and others - Seal on back of legal charge dated 9th June 1989 by order of the Board of Directors, Town & Country Building Society confirming receipt of all monies intended to be secured by the within written deed. - Typed letter from Geoffrey Herbert Lyon, Clerk of the Ashton Almshouse Charity to The Directors, Dunstable Building Society, certifying the current appointed Governors of the charity (parties 1- 6 named above) .
