Bounded on the north east side by Bull Pond Lane, on the south east side by the Whiting Works, on the south west side by an occupation road and on the north west side by Icknield Street. Recites: The property to be acquired by the purchaser for improvement of a highway under Section 214(2) of the Highways Act 1959 Statutory declaration dated 31 December 1962 That Declarant (i) had lived in the property since date of conveyance to declarant to 11th July 1962 and that at all times when he resided in the property a gateway was in the south west boundary leading to occupation road and that he had exercised rights of way both pedestrian and vehicular over and along occupation road without let hindrance or consent.
