Certificate of Justices view of a certain Highway or Fotpath leading over St Anns Hill Luton Beds proposed to be diverted or stopped up. On 26th November 1907 the Borough of Luton appointed two Justices of the Peace, Harry Arnold and Low Giddings Esquires along with Senior Frederick Leopold Fox, a surveyor of the Highways for the Borough, to view the proposal and report. This document is the report of their findings It is signed by Harry Arnold and Low Giddings, witnessed by William Austin Clerk of Justices dated 29th February 1908
