Answers questions on welfare. Says 'you waste valuable space saying goodbye. Put in some local scandal instead (If you don't Imow any, ask Aunt Poker.)' [Eva Swaffield]. Starts asking for alterations to be made to garage, etc. [None of it done, of course] Attaches typewritten sheet and says one of his scripts to be used in concert is glimpse into future when comercial TV has come about and three programmes 'get confused in the most hilarious manner.' Says he will write to 'all at No 3' [Grandparents] soon.
