- Scope and ContentThese are to certify that at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford on the 15th June 1904 Earnest Cooper was in due form of Law convicted on a certain Indictment against him for that he on the 15th April 1904 feloniously did steal take and carry away one lamb of the Goods and Chattels of Thomas Simms. Wherefore the said Ernest Cooper was thereupon ordered to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for the space of three months. Dated 10th January 1907. Marks, Clerk of the Peace for the County of Bedford.
