- Scope and ContentEdward Ernest Kempson on the 5th December 1906 feloniously did received and have one hundred and twenty pieces of Italian Three-ends Chip Plait and five hundred yards of Italian Three-ends Chip Plait the Good and Chattels of John Chadwick Kershaw and Matthew Plummer, before then feloniously stolen taken and carried away he the said Edward Ernest Kempson then well knowing the said Goods and Chattels to have been feloniously stolen and carried away, against the form of the statute in such case made and provided. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the 9th day of December 1892 at the Assizes and General Delivery of the Gaol holden at Hertford in and for the County of Hertford the said Edward Ernest Kempson was convicted of an indictable misdemeanor. Plea: Guilty Sentence: 6 weeks Imprisonments with Hard Labour.
