- Scope and ContentPrevious conviction; At the Shire Hall Cambridge 21st October1904 James Barnes and William Penalver alias William White were tried and convicted on the 20th July 1904 feloniously and entered the dwelling house of John Dodson situated at Knapwell in the said County and feloniously stolen taken and carried away one suit of Clothes, one Cap, and one pair of Boots of the goods and chattels of the said John Dodson. And the said James Barnes and William Penalver alias William White were thereupon ordered to be imprisoned in His Majesty’s Prison at Chesterton and there to be kept to hard labour for the space of four months. Dated 3rd March 1905 Signed Arthur Wright Deputy Clerk of the Peace for the said County.
