Collection of deeds, conveyances and mortgages which were originally part of a collection of documents discarded from a solicitor’s office in Romford, Essex. They were offered freely and without restriction to the local studies department of the London Borough of Havering. Most of the documents were relevant to the local area and so were retained, but a few were not and it was intended that any out of area material would be offered to the relevant archives.
