    Charles Amos Cooper on the 1st September 1904, one bicycle, of the Goods and Chattels of one Alfred Bryant feloniously did steal take and carry away. 2nd Count: Further present that the said Charles Amos Cooper on the day in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and Chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, he the said Charles Amos Cooper then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute is such case made provided. Plea – Not Guilty. Verdict – Guilty of Felony. Sentence - 2 months’ hard labour.
