Previous conviction by Albert Taylor. Certified by the Clerk of Assize for the Midland Circuit 18th June 1903 that he did by his own confession embezzle the inhabitants of Maulden on 16th October and again on 17th November 1902, he was imprisoned and kept at hard labour for 12 calendar months
