    Samuel Charity was in due form of Law tried and convicted upon his own confession to a certain Indictment against him for that he on the 28th July 1897 feloniously and burglariously did break and enter the dwelling house of William Kirk with intent to commit felony after a previous conviction for felony. It was upon ordered by the Court that the said Samuel Charity be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for the space of Six Calendar Months. Given under My Hand and Seal the 14th January 1904. Arthur D.
