    John Howard: 1. List of previous convictions. 2. For Trial – On the 7th day of November, 1903, did unlawfully and knowingly by certain false pretences obtain from Albert Edward Neal one pair of boots, the good and chattels of Freemen Hardy and Willis, Ltd with intent to cheat and defraud them of the same. Frederick Watson: 1. List of previous convictions. 2. On the 23rd November 1903 unlawfully and feloniously did steal, take and carry away one pony, one trap and one set of harness together of the value of twenty-five pounds of the property of Samuel Dodson. Samuel Charity alias Samuel Southwell: 1. List of previous convictions. 2. On the 28th day of April 1903 did feloniously steal, take and carry away on bicycle pump and one spanner, of the value of three shillings and sixpence the property of Charles Staples. Also, on the 28th April 1903, did feloniously steal, take and carry away one gold albert and one white shirt of the value of three pounds, the property of Charles Rowe. George Izzard: 1. List of previous convictions. 2. Between the 1st day of November 1903 and the 13th day of December, 1903 [] Feloniously did steal, take and carry away a clock, two vases, two blankets, a sheet and an eiderdown quilt for to value together of four pounds ten shillings, the property of Grace Biltcher.
