- TitleGeneral Quarter Session held in Northampton on Thursday the 6th of April in the fifty-sixth (1893) Year of the Reign of Our Late Sovereign Lady Victoria, and in the year of our Lord 1893. Charles Prestidge then of the Parish of Hannington, Northamptonshire, was then and there, in due form of Law convicted by a Jury of the County upon certain indictments against him for that he on the 13th day of December in the year of our Lord 1892 at the Parish aforesaid, in the County aforesaid. Fifteen tame fowls the good and chattels of William Elson Harding. Then and there being found, feloniously did steal, take and carry way and was thereupon Ordered and Adjudged by the Court to be Imprisoned and kept to Hard Labour in the Prison at Northampton, for the space of fifteen calendar months and then to be under supervision of the Police for three years.
