Examination of Elizabeth Reynolds. Poultry stolen from her hen house during the night. After enquiries found two at Mrs Harleys, The Wheatsheaf, Woburn and two at Mr Bakers, the Cock Inn, Woburn. Mrs Baker said they were bought from a man at Ridgmont. Examination of John Inwood of Woburn; his mistress bought two cocks and a pullet from James Stapleton in his master's yard at the Cock Inn. Examination of Stapleton: he bred the fowls he sold and has bred fowls for six years.
