Examinations and depostitions. Information of Martin Robarts of Biggleswade, constable, regarding James Dilly and William Arnold, accused of theft of potatoes from John Medlock of Biggleswade. Found two heaps of potatoes in a bedroom of John Dilly, Biggleswade, labourer, one of the heaps containing 5 bushels. John medlock identified as 'being of the peculiar sort he had lost.'
