1) George Edward Costin of 67 West Street Dunstable haulage contractor (the grantor) 2) Evelyn Caroline Costin of 67 West Street Dunstable spinster, the daughter of the grantor (the grantee) In consideration of the natural love and affection of the grantor for the grantee 1) conveys to 2) - all that messuage or tenement and shop situate in Middle Row in High Street South Dunstable and bounded on or towards the east by High Street South and on or towards the west by Ashton Street all which premises are known as Number 4 High Street South and are now in the occupation of Harry Tilley as Lessee thereof and also all that slaughter house with yard and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in St Mary’s Street Dunstable bounded on or towards the north by the said street and on or towards the south by property belonging to the Trustees of the Wesleyan Chapel and on or towards the east and west by other premises of the grantor.
