- 1) sold to 3) the fee simple in possession of the hereditament for £500.
1) grants to 3) all that messuage or tenement in Middle Row Dunstable formerly in the occupation of Richard Row then of the said Eli Sibthorpe deceased and now the said John Sibthorpe the son bounded on or towards the north by a messuage or inn known as the Rose and Crown on or towards the South by a messuage or Inn known as the Shoulder of Mutton and on or towards the east by High Street and on or towards the west by Ashton Street and also that slaughter house with the yard and appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being in a street formerly called Moordike Lane afterwards known as South Place and now called St Mary’s Street Dunstable bounded on or towards the north by the said street on or towards the south by property belonging to the trustees of the Wesleyan Chapel on or towards the east by property of Mrs Oliver and on or towards the west by a barn formerly belonging to the said Eli Sibthorpe deceased but now the property of James Tibbett.
