[Full copy and extract] leaves ‘unto Eli Sibthorpe my late wifes nephew who now lives with me All that my Messuage or Tenement situate and being in the Middle Row in Dunstable aforesaid now in my own occupation with the Rights members and Appurtenances thereof And also all that slaughter House with the yard barns stables and appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being in Mordike Lane otherwise Pouching Lane in Dunstable aforesaid now also in my own occupation…charged with the payment of the sum of four hundred pounds…equally between my nephew Thomas Row and my Niece Susannah Row…’
