Endorsed with deed poll by Edward Snoxell and Richard Row of Dunstable butcher that the money paid to 1) was not the money of 2) but the money of Richard Row who has purchased the fee simple and that the premises have been conveyed to the said Richard Row and the term of 1000 years should be extinguished. 28 September 1804.
