1) John Munn of St Albans, Herts, gent (sole executor and residuary legatee of Thomas Munn late of St Albans, yeoman his late father deceased)
2) Thomas Brewer of Chalton in the parish of Toddington, yeoman.
Recites indenture of 31 Aug 1776 and bond of same date. Principal sum of £70 was not paid to Thomas Munn in his life time nor to John Munn since but interest has been paid. 2) has agreed to pay 1) the sum of £70.
