Information of William Izzard, servant in husbandry to James Prole of Houghton Conquest. His master and mistress has gone 'to Meeting' when John Cherry and James Redman came into their rickyard. Hiding in a hovel he saw the two men throw stones at ducks on the pond, eventually driving them out of the water. John Cherry caught one and took it away. One of the ducks whilst on the pond was hit on the head, which later swelled 'and this morning thar duck is missing.'
Examintaion of John Cherry and James redman. They deny the charge.
