An old copper wine cooler or cistern was stolen from his farm premises. He sent Mary Ford to St. Neots to search the ironmongers shops, in consequence of what she told him he went to the shop of Thomas Robinson where Francis Robinson produced the cooler. From what Francis Robinson told him he had George Page arrested.
