    Information of Robert Pemberton of Cole Orton [Coleorton], Leicester, dealer in earthenware. At about 9 a.m. Thomas Thorne came into the Cross Keys and said 'he came in for a row' and demanded beer which the landlord refused. He came again at 3 p.m., drunk. Following information similar to QSR1822/332.Information of James Turney. He took Thorne into custody for making a riot in the Cross keys and placed him in the cage. 'Having heard in the evening that someone was giving beer to Thomas Thorne he went to the cage, when Thomas Thorne attempted to escape and did violently assault him by kicking him in the ribs.'
