Digital copies of original photographs were deposited on a cd with a Word document. The quality of some of the images is poor, but no attempt has been made to adjust them. The images were converted into jpeg files with their original titles retained. Some of the descriptions and dates given are incorrect. Extensive research has been carried out, but some errors may still remain. Approximate dates have been given in square brackets. A family tree is attached as a pdf.
