Examinations and depositions: Examination of John Dean, Biggleswade, constable. Went to search for James Ogilvie near the Red Lion, Biggleswade and noticed him in a crowd. He went in to the Shouldeer of Mutton tap room where he was searched. One sheet was found wrapped round his body and another 'hanging about his neck'.
