    Marriage Settlement (i) Reverend Laurence Smith, Southill (ii) Frances Piggott, Fitzhall, Sussex, spinster (iii) John Radcliffe, Hitchin, Esquire (iv) James Piggot, Fitzhall, Esquire £400 to be paid to (i) on death of Frances Piggot, widow, mother of (i) [?(ii)] (i) to (iii) in trust --- annuity or rent charge of £50 out of capital messuage called the Bury House, Sharpenhoe, Streatley, and all lands in Streatley, Sharpenhoe, Sundon and Harlington and Barton now let with the messuage to William Long, and all rectorial tithes, Streatley parsonage, let to William Long. to be paid after death of (i) if (ii) is living to (ii) for life.
