[reciting: that £162..17s..6d will be due Michaelmas next to Sir Ralph Radcliffe for rent of messuage & farm,
Wilstead, which is leased by John Dunham. Samuel Dunham to be security for payment & performance of their agreements]
Sir Ralph Radcliffe may enter on premises immediately to plough fallow. John Dunham to quit at Christmas leaving
the premises in good order, not to remove manure, to be allowed 4/6 [per] acre for land ploughed, out of the rent,
and to fold the fallow with a flock of sheep, and to have allowed out of the rent 4d per night for every 20 sheep,
(after Midsummer 2 lambs = 1 sheep).
Thomas Rayment, Cockernhoe, Offley, yeoman & Joseph Cotten, Chicksands, yeoman, to assess the value of the manure and
whether the ploughing has been done properly, or else an arbitrator is to be appointed. (i) may take down and carry
away any building he has put up at his own expense and allowed by the assessors.
