(ii) Mary Manley, Cotton End, widow, mother of (i)
--- tithes of corn and grain arising from a farm and lands now in the occupation of (ii) or Richard Manley, Cotton End, Wilstead, which was devised to Mary & Richard Manley by John Manley, gentleman, deceased, late husband of (ii)
(ii) covenants with (i) to be responsible with Richard Manley for payment of all taxes and charges on the lands.
endorsed: that it is agreed that (ii) and Richard Manley shall not claim any interest in the Chancel or ?barn belonging to the tithes.
