laid thereto (part of allotment to testator under the Shillington & Holwell enclosure award and
fenced off from the rest of the allotment) to son Edward subject to mortgage, £30.
--- to son Joshua after decease of testator's wife, the remainder of the allotment subject to payment
of legacies of £10 to daughter Hannah, £10 to son William, £5 to son Joseph
--- to wife all personal estate.
