    Hugh Montgomery, convicted of a misdemeanour in enticing and procuring one William Willis, a subject of His Majesty, to depart the kingdom and go to Potsdam in the kingdom of Prussia, with intent to enlist him in the service of the King of Prussia, being a foreign Prince; he is fined for the said offence five pounds and committed to the County Gaol there to remain without bail or mainprise for three months, and until he shall find sureties for his good behaviour for three years.
