Hanscombe to Nodes. --- messuage or farm, Holwell & Shillington, & 200 acres, the acreage to be made up out of other lands of Thomas Hanscombe if it proved to be less. reciting: 28 Feb 1645/6 excepting certain lands:- --- Graveley's close & Senmore's close, Guyes close 2 acres abutting Ramerick South side of Woodlands shot, 2 acres arable same field abutting on the Hayes gate in the occupation of William Ivorey] (ii) agrees that within 3 months of Hanscombe Performing the foregoing articles of agreement he will convey to Thomas Hanscombe all lands over and above 184 acres endorsed: Appointment.
