Jane Radcliffe, widow, Ralph Radcliffe, eldest son & heir of John Radcliffe, Penelope Radcliffe junior and Anne Radcliffe, all infants and children of John Radcliffe, deceased, and Paggen Hale, praying that the mortgaged premises might be sold and that all proper parties should be compelled to join in the sale, and that the complainants might be paid what was due to them for principal and interest and costs. Cause heard 1 Dec 1748, and purchase of the estate by (iii) confirmed 1 Jul 1749 purchased for £4,375; there remains after payment of mortgages and costs £7..3s..1d] (ii) to (iii) 2/3 of the premises as above (i) to (iii) 1/3 " " " witnesses.
