[reciting that (i) with consent of (ii) has laid out £26,400 in the purchase of real estate, in legal charges
for Chancery decree directing the execution of trusts under the will of Sir Ralph Radcliffe, deceased,
and for powers to sell South Sea, Bank and East India stocks, late Sir Ralph Radcliffe's, and for confirming
the purchase of the estate, this sum being raised by the sale of public stocks and securities as directed
by the will, the real estate so purchased to be settled to the following uses:-]
(i) with consent of (ii) to (iii) in trust to use of (i) in tail male, remainders to Edward Radcliffe in tail male,
George Radcliffe in tail male, John Radcliffe in tail male, Arthur Radcliffe in tail male, and to (i) and heirs in fee.
